Conventions are the most important meetings of any organization. There are three committees that assist the Convention in doing its official business. Each of these committees issue “reports” to the Convention, for debate and passage in the full name of the YDAR. Make sure your issue is heard at the Convention using this form!

In accordance with YDAR Convention Rule 4B, this is the authorized form for submitting platform planks, Convention resolutions, and amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws. The submission deadline is two (2) days before the State Convention (April 24, 2023)
