YDAR is a completely youth-led organization. All decisions are made by Young Dems who have made the commitment to step up and join the Leadership Team. The Young Democrats of Arkansas starts with you–your decision to get more involved, to take on responsibility, and ownership in your future and Arkansas’s future.

This year, at our 2024 Annual Convention, we will be electing new members of the Leadership Team to assist in leading our organization through the most consequential election in our lifetimes. Offices up for election at Convention that require prior filing include: Chairs and Vice Chairs for the College Democrats of Arkansas and High School Democrats of Arkansas, two representatives to the Young Democrats of America National Committee, and Directors from each congressional district.
